Software Developer/Programmer
Location: Tempe, AZ
Due to our rapid growth in the industry, we are seeking to add to our development team. We are currently looking for Computer Programmers to fill permanent positions. Candidates should be ambitious, energetic, bright, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Windows forms programming using .net (vb.net preferred), ado.net and Micrsoft SQL Server 2005
- Work in a flexible development environment and meet set project deadlines.
- Adhere to project tracking systems in place.
Qualifications
- A BA/BS is Preferred.
- 2 years programming and development experience required.
- Experience developing with Microsoft Technologies.
- Organized and efficient.
- Ability to work in both independent and team-based environments.
- Technical writing skills a plus.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Its products, Sanction and Verdical, are totally integrated and a flexibly designed Windows-style document management and digital presentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Field In-Bound Technical Support calls that range from basic user software training to technical software\hardware issues on a user's system.
- Monitor, respond and/or escalate all E-Mail Technical Support inquiries.
- Document details of software issues, frequently asked questions and/or general user experience.
- Software testing & quality assurance, software issue reporting and test plan contribution & execution.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills a must.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience with the windows operating system required.
- Candidates should have a strong problem solving aptitude, be self managing, and have the ability to work both independently and under direction.
- Prior Technical Support experience preferred; Call center experience and Microsoft Certifications a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and promote an assigned territory on company's new products and services, which includes generating new leads, demonstrating new products and services using Web-based tools and at in-person demonstrations, following up with prospects, closing sales and supporting new customers.
- Learn Verdict Systems' products and sales process in detail through our customized training program.
- Manage and upsell current clients on new and additional products and services.
Qualifications:
- A BA/BS is REQUIRED. Recent college graduates with a strong interest in sales/business development are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to create new relationships and conduct business over the telephone.
- Ability to work in both independent and team-based environments.
- Basic knowledge of PC software and technology.
- Strong interest in sales.
- A background in sales in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
- A fluency in legal technology trends is a plus, but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
