Trial Preparation
Are you short on time or staff? Don't know how to get started? While our programs are designed with ease-of-use in mind, sometimes getting started can be a daunting task. Our Trial Preparation Services will develop your case and present you with a trial-ready external hard drive. And you keep the hard drive! It's truly a "plug and play" solution.
How it works
Send us everything. From hard copies to scanned exhibits, we can handle it all. We start with a brand new External Hard Drive*. We then load all of your standard digital evidence onto this drive and create your case in Sanction. For evidence that is still in a non-digital format, i.e. paper or video tapes, we convert it into a digital format that is viewable by Sanction. When our team is finished with your case, you will receive all of your original evidence and a fully loaded external hard drive. It's that simple. All scanning, conversion, and synchronization services are available for additional charges.**
How much it costs
The base fee is $550. This includes your External Hard Drive, one hour of our Trial Preparation Service, and one hour of direct consultant phone support. We base the billable total to exactly what your case needs are. Think ala-carte pricing. You will receive everything that you will need to effectively and easily present in trial. Simply plug in the drive, copy the case database we create for you onto your laptop and you’re ready to present in court. Simple, efficient, cost-effective. What else can you ask for?
* Based upon case data size. Normally a 500GB Hard Drive is our normal standardization
