I'm ready to go to trial, I've already synched my case to my laptop, but I feel like I'm missing something. Is there a way to quickly validate my database as being courtroom ready?
Verdical will verify that all the items are accessible to your laptop on your initial synchronization. We will produce a listing with a complete inventory of any item that is missing. However, if you want to double-check yourself, primarily before you leave for Court, Verdical has a VERIFY FILE LOCATIONS selection that will scan your database and your local attached Hard Drives (both internal and external) automatically for you.
Note: So you do not get a false-positive, do make sure that you UNPLUG from your local area network so your laptop doesn't accidentally see documents that should be accessible locally, when in fact they are on your network.
From the TOOLS Selection, choose VERIFY FILE LOCATIONS. You can choose your entire case or individual categories. If all the files are accessible and Verdical can account for them, you will receive a prompt stating that all the files were accessible and you can now go to Court with confidence.
