Sanction Course Description
Intro to Sanction - "Optimizing Technology in the Courtroom"
A one-day course providing students an in-depth opportunity to learn basic Sanction concepts in a hands-on environment. The course also focuses on all aspects of courtroom technology, including hardware and courtroom configurations.
This course is recommended for attorneys, paralegals and other legal professionals who wish to present images, transcripts and video clips using Sanction at Trial, Mediation or Arbitration.
Prerequisites: Working knowledge of MS Windows XP or later

- Adding and Managing Case Data
- Working with Media Files and Transcripts
- Creating and Manipulating Media Clips
- Presenting and Annotating Exhibits
- Utilizing Courtroom Technology
Intermediate Sanction
A one-day course, providing the experienced Sanction user additional presentation and document management features of Sanction in a hands-on environment.
The Intermediate course requires a working knowledge of the basic principles of Sanction (creating cases, importing data into Sanction, creating video clips, creating annotations and presenting exhibits).
This course is recommended for attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals who have previous experience with Sanction.
Prerequisites: Completion of Sanction Introduction Course

Client Site Training
A one or two day semi-custom course offered at the client's site. The course is either taught in a hands-on or lecture setting, depending on the facilities available.
Verdical Course Description
Introduction to Verdical
A one-day course providing students an in-depth opportunity to learn basic Verdical concepts in a hands-on environment. The course focuses on case creation and management, utilizing transcripts, working with media files, and presenting case items.
As this course covers the entire litigation lifespan from discovery to trial presentation, it is recommended for attorneys, paralegals and any legal professionals.
Prerequisites: Working knowledge of MS Windows XP or later

- Verdical Overview
- Adding and Managing Case Data
- Working with Media Files and Transcripts
- Creating and Manipulating Media Clips
- Utilizing the Transcript Features
- Presenting and Annotating Exhibits
Intermediate Verdical
A one-day course providing the experienced Verdical user additional features of Verdical in a hands-on environment.
This course focuses on various utilities found within Verdical, such as the Lectern and Centrifuge, as well as advanced presentation tactics. The Intermediate course requires a working knowledge of the basic principles of Verdical (creating cases, importing data into Verdical, creating video clips, annotating exhibits, and creating and using presentation folders).
This course is recommended for experienced trial attorneys, paralegals and law firm trial support staff.
Prerequisites: Completion of Verdical Introduction Course

Sanction to Verdical Conversion
A one-day course providing the experienced Sanction user the opportunity to learn the new features of Verdical in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This course was designed to assist users transitioning from Sanction to Verdical.
This course is recommended for attorney power users, law firm trial support staff, trial consultants and service bureau staff.
Prerequisites: Attended Sanction Intermediate training OR trial use of Sanction

- Overview of Verdical layout and Sanction similarities
- Verdical SQL Database Structure
- In-depth look at the new transcript utilities
- Changes to Presentation Mode with the Lectern

Client Site Training
