Several new enhancements have been included in this version of Sanction II to facilitate manipulation of annotations quickly and efficiently.
These advanced features are hot keys which allow the user to change the color, size and layer of any currently selected layer. In addition, users may now add their own custom colors to the right click popup menus.
There are several ways to change the color of selected annotations. If you wish to use the default Windows colors, the following Key combinations can be used while holding down the SHIFT and CTRL keys –
B – Change color to blue
D – Change color to black
G – Change color to green
R – Change color to red
W – Change color to white
Y – Change color to yellow
In addition to the above combinations, you may cycle through the current Quick Color list by holding down the CTRL and ALT keys with the Q key. Each time you press this combination the next color in the Quick color list will be applied.
You may also automatically set the current annotation to the last color used (typically from a different annotation type) by holding down CTRL, ALT and the L key.
To grab the color of the currently selected annotation hold down CTRL, ALT and the S key.
To view the color palette window, hold down CTRL, ALT and the C key.
Annotation line widths can be adjusted by holding down CTRL, ALT and the + and – keys.
