The annotation palette is a floating tool window that allows you to change the color attribute of the currently selected tool.
The highlight, freehand line, straight line, redact and hollow rectangle colors can be changed using the palette. Selecting a palette color for any other tool has no affect on the tool setting.
To display the Annotation Palette, right click on the image and choose Color Palette.
The Palette Window can be repositioned by dragging the upper left corner of the window.
