Add Media Group Dialog

When importing an Object Load List (OLL), you may be prompted by the Add Media Group dialog if a video clip is imported without the original media file already in the Sanction II case.

In order to import these clips successfully, you must give the media file a Group name. All clips created from the same media file will appear in this group.

In general, if you are importing video segments from a deposition, the deponents name and date make a good group name.

Of course you can assign any name you wish to the media file group, but keep in mind that all clips from the same media file will be grouped together under this name.

By default, Sanction II will create individual Groups for each file if you do not change the Group and ID settings.
