Sanction II Cabinet Load files

Sanction II allows you to pack up selected files in your case and compress them into a single auto-loading cabinet file.

When you Export ASCII load files, if you select the Create Package File option, when Sanction II creates the load file, it will also compress all of the selected export files into a single .scl file. Within the SCL file are all the instructions needed to automatically fill up a new case database with the selected load file items.

Note - If you wish to also include additional field information inside the .scl file, you must first use the custom export feature to create a field import file. Sanction II will prompt you for the location of this file when you create the package. (If you have not created a field import file, or do not wish to include one, you may ignore this prompt.) SCL files can be dragged and dropped onto an existing case, or you may double click on the files and add them automatically

SCL files can even be posted to the WEB and opened directly using the "Open this file from its current location" download option!

Note – you cannot add media files to Cabinet Load File. This is by design, as the files are generally too large for additional compression.
