Changing the Search Field

In Presentation Mode, you may find it easier to search by Exhibit #, Trial Exhibit # or even Description (if they have been entered into the database).

To change the Search Field:

1. Click on the $image\ebx_902783945.gif$ icon.

2. Select Search By from the popup menu.

3. Select ID, Exhibit #, Trial Exhibit # or Description.

IMPORTANT – When you change the Search By field, be sure all of your items have an entry in the selected field. If you change the Search By to anything other than ID, and the item has no entry in that field, it will not be located. To locate items without the specified field entry, you must change the Search By back to ID.
