List View Exhibit# Column

The List View Exhibit# column displays the exhibit numbers (if any) of the items in the selected group. If you are in the Temp or Presentation Items folders, the List View Description displays the exhibit numbers for all items in the folder.

You may sort the List View alphabetically by exhibit number by clicking on the List View Exhibit# Column header.

To manually enter an Exhibit #, right click on the item and choose Edit.

To add Exhibit #’s to a range of items, click on the Create Exhibit #s menu option under the Special Functions menu.
