Groups

Sanction II categorizes case items by Group name to simplify and organize your case. A Group corresponds to a document name, however Sanction II does not limit you to naming pages of a document the same name as the group, unless you wish to use Bates numbering.

If you need to add a large number of items, use a text import load file or the Sanction II Custom Import feature.

Note - Since Sanction II utilizes SQL searches, avoid the "|" (pipe) character in your Group naming.
