To remove a shortcut to an item in the Temp Items folder, Presentation Folder or User Folders, right click on the item and choose Remove.
Removing an item does not remove it from it from the case, it only removes to the item in the current folder.
To permanently remove an item from the case, you must use the Delete function while in the a main case Category and Group folder.
